Rob Sligh

Rob is a senior consultant with The Family Business Consulting Group with deep expertise in corporate leadership and governance. Prior to joining FBCG, Rob had leadership roles in multiple family owned businesses, including his role as Chairman and CEO of his family’s 4th generation manufacturing and marketing company. He’s served on more than twenty boards, including many as an advisory or fiduciary director for family firms. His consulting work focuses on business and family governance, ownership and leadership succession, strategic planning, and as a mentor and coach to CEOs and successors. He’s a frequent speaker on effective boards.

Amy Wirtz

Amy is a senior consultant with The Family Business Consulting Group who developed her love for governance in part through her previous career in law. Amy applies extensive training in mediation and dispute resolution in creative ways, helping families build effective governance systems for clear and strategic decision making with a focus on shareholder value enhancement, business planning, and business transition. Amy is a passionate educator for families, including as an instructor in ethics for Case Western Reserve University and for the Exit Planning Institute in Chicago, IL.
